Developmental Bilingual Program

Dover has a Developmental Bilingual Program. This is a classroom setting that provides instruction for English Learner (EL) students utilizing English and students’ native language for literacy and academic instruction, with the goals of language proficiency and academic achievement in English and students’ native language.

This program is for grades K-6, and leads to a Seal of Bilteracy upon High School graduation.
